Made of aluminized steel, this 18×14″ Cookie Sheet is not only sturdy and durable, it is also coated in a food-safe non-stick material, so you don’t have to worry about your cookies and other baked treats adhering to the pan like super-glue. Do not use sharp, metal utensils on the pan. Only use silicone, nylon, and/or wooden utensils.
